Optional Dental Coverage
Harvard University Health Services (HUHS) has partnered with Delta Dental to offer the Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier plan to students and their dependents. Enrollment is not automatic. If you wish to participate in this plan, you must enroll during the open enrollment period. This plan cannot be cancelled once your applicaiton has been processed.

Provider Network
The Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier plan offers access to both the Delta Dental PPO network and the Delta Dental Premier network. The premier network offers good savings, while greater savings are available through the PPO network.

- Convenient network providers are available on campus at Harvard University Health Services (HUHS) Dental Services and the Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM) Dental Center, which are part of the Delta Dental Premier network.

Important Changes for AY13
- The coverage period will be 10 months, beginning October 1, 2012 and ending July 31, 2013

You are eligible for two cleanings per plan period, without time limitations between cleanings
