The Harvard University Student Health Program office sends various communications to students throughout the plan year. Most of our communications are sent electronically to the student’s Harvard University email address.  In some instances, communications will be distributed by designated school representatives, via United States postal mail, and/or to a student’s designated payee. All communications will be made accessible below as soon as they are distributed to the student population.  

If you are not receiving communications take the following actions:

  • Check your Harvard University email address
  • Check your spam folder​
  • ​Add us to your contacts

If you are participating in the Student Health Insurance Plan, you may also receive communications via United States postal mail from Blue Cross Blue Shield.  Correspondences are mailed to the address on file with your Registrar's office. Please be sure your local mailing address is up to date with your school Registrar.
