Leaves of Absence/Withdrawals
When you take a leave of absence or withdraw from Harvard, your last date of attendance, as recorded by the Registrar’s office, will determine when your HUSHP coverage ends and the type of refund you receive. Additionally, you have the option to extend your HUSHP coverage for up to six months.

Graduating Students
Your HUSHP coverage cannot be continued after your last day of eligible coverage. It may take several weeks to complete the enrollment process for new coverage, so you will want to begin preparing for other coverage as soon as possible.
