| Breast Pump Replacement Parts | No coverage for breast pump replacement parts. | Members will be eligible to receive breast pump replacement parts 90 days after the purchase of the breast pump and every 60 days thereafter. Members will not be liable for any cost-share when the parts are purchased from a Blue Cross-contracted durable medical equipment company. Benefits will not be available if parts are obtained from a durable medical equipment company that isn’t in a contract with Blue Cross. |
