Welcome to the Student Insurance Portal!

Log into the Student Insurance Portal to access the following applications & features:

  • Waiver Application & Status / Opting Out of Health Insurance
  • Optional Dental Insurance Plan Application & Enrollment Status
  • Dependent Enrollment Application & Status
  • View Your BCBSMA Policy Number & Obtain a Temporary ID Card

If you are a parent or guardian trying to log in, you must obtain the students’ Harvard ID and their assigned Harvard password. We do not provide login information.

Extension School Students must waive health coverage and/or enroll in the optional dental plan directly through the Extension School.
