Cancelling Dental Coverage
In specific circumstances, a student may request a cancellation of dental coverage for themselves or their dependent(s) through Member Services.
Requests to cancel the dental plan in which the student enrolled do not cancel the Student Health Fee or the Student Health Insurance Plan.
The student must be enrolled in a dental plan to enroll their dependents.
Changing a Dental Plan Type
A student may request to switch from the dental plan in which they initially enrolled to another plan option within five days of submitting their enrollment application.
However, both the student and their enrolled dependents must be enrolled in the same dental plan.
