How to search for BCBS PPO provider
Adult primary care/routine check-ups are covered outside of Harvard University Health Services when provided by an in-network Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO provider.
- Visit bcbsma.com to search for an in-network provider in Massachusetts; select “PPO or EPO with Hospital Choice Cost Share Feature” as your plan’s network
- Visit bcbs.com/find-a-doctor to search for an in-network provider nationwide; type “HVA” as your three-letter prefix
