Students on a leave of absence, as well as post-doctoral (post-docs) affiliates, can pay for their Harvard University Student Health Program online.

Students on a Leave of Absence

Send your completed application by email to mservices@huhs.harvard.edu for processing

Post-Doctoral Affiliates

Review the Affiliate Postdoc Enrollment Policy prior to submitting your payment
Send your completed application by email to mservices@huhs.harvard.edu for processing

Access the Payment Portal

The Following Groups Should Not Use the Payment Portal:

Registered Students

All registered students will have medical and dental charges applied to their student bill for themselves and their dependents

Extension School Students

These students are charged directly by the Harvard Extension School and should not use the Portal to pay for medical or dental coverage.

Students Paying a Bill for HUHS Clinical Services

These patients should visit: https://huhs.harvard.edu/patients-and-visitors/billing-and-online-payment/

Paying for Coverage

Payments can be made by electronic check or by credit card (MasterCard or Visa only)
Payments are due in the full amount indicated on the enrollment application
If paying by check, be sure to have your check routing number and account number ready

It may take five to seven business days from the date you submit your application and online payment for our office to process your enrollment request.
An email will be sent to you to confirm your coverage enrollment dates.
