Losing Coverage

Students who previously waived the Student Health Insurance Plan may be eligible to enroll in the plan if they meet certain criteria. To find out if you are eligible, review the Waiver Rescind Policy and Application and, if you meet the criteria, complete the form and return it to us.  

Enroll Dependents 

Students who rescind their waiver application and want to enroll their dependents in HUSHP must be enrolled in both the Student Health Fee and the Student Health Insurance plan. Learn more about student dependents.

Optional Dental Plans    

Students can enroll in an optional dental plan during open enrollment or if they are losing alternative dental coverage. Learn more about optional dental coverage.
