Specialty Prescriptions
These medications often require special handling and administration and are carefully supervised by healthcare providers. Most specialty prescriptions must be purchased through an approved network Specialty Pharmacy.

To Get Started Filling Specialty Prescriptions
- Contact one of the approved network Specialty Pharmacies listed above.
- Your ordering prescriber will need to send a new prescription to the pharmacy that you choose.
- Be sure to have the prescribing physician’s contact information and your student health insurance member ID ready.
