Blue Cross Blue Shield Class Action Settlement – Updated February 7, 2025

If you joined the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) class action settlement in 2021, you may have received an email from notice@bcbssettlement.com outlining the total premiums and/or total administrative fees paid that will be used in calculating your payment.

Questions related to the settlement should be referred to JND Legal Administration. The resources below have been established by the Plaintiffs’ counsel to help individuals with additional information about the settlement and to answer questions.

Missed the Optional Dental Insurance Enrollment Deadline?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications past the Monday, September 30 open enrollment deadline. To ensure that all students had ample time to research their coverage options and apply, our application has been available since June 1. Creating a clear and consistent policy ensures fairness in application and allows for operational efficiency. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions in this case. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and hope you understand our position.
